The nephews came to visit and pick up their Halloween costumes yesterday afternoon. The good news is they didn’t mind having the capes tied around their neck. The bad news is they don’t seem to think I’m very funny anymore and enjoying seeing their picture and taking pictures more than they care to be photographed. Little Ty has had a camera in his face since the moment he first saw light. He loves my camera and its one of his favorite things to play with when I’m around. But, like most photographers, he seems uninterested in being in front of the lens anymore. Every time I’d snap a picture he’d shout, “me see! me see!”. And I’d have to let him scroll through the pictures while he giggles and points, “Ty-Ty, Ty-Ty”. He doesn’t smile for the camera, he smiles at the pictures. Awww, the double edged sword. I’m crushed and delighted at the same time. So, I gave up on getting any decent pictures yesterday and put together a few clips of video instead. Enjoy!
