My world is full of boys and it’s been a long time since I’ve seen or held a baby girl. I was thrilled to meet little Sydney just ten days after photographing her mama’s maternity session. She was wide awake for most of the shoot despite desperate attempts by mom, dad and grandma to lull her into a peaceful newborn slumber. She seemed so curious about everything around her. What’s out that window? Who are these people? What do I do with these hands? Just like her mama she was not interested in being still until she was fully worn out and had taken it all in.
