It’s hard to imagine this picture was taken on a snow day. I left work early yesterday when it started to blizzard but to my surprise there were blue skies and not a hint of snow just 12 miles away where I live.
With all the extra day light I was able to enjoy a little walk through my neighborhood where it looked much more like spring.
When I got home hubby and I enjoyed pasta primavera, turned the lights down, lit some candles and left this image up on our desktop to enjoy while we sipped whiskey and dreamed of spring.
